Serrat del Triado with a very long curation, of 31.121.999 Seconds, that is one complete year. Elaborated with raw whole milk from cows bred in the mountains. Produced exclusively and in a limited way by Tros de Sort.

Using the same paste as in Serrat, but younger (6 weeks minimum) it is externally washed with a mixture of water and salt with yeast and which makes the rind orange-coloured (“Roi” means red in the local dialect). Intense, sharp and salty taste, and a peculiar aroma.
